Pride Of The Lion
Pride Of The Lion were from South East London and Kent and started in 1984 as Mick on vocals, Duncan on guitar, Gordon (Goblin) on bass, and Ian on drums. Most of the bands songs were written by Mick but a few were done by Grogger of the band Chargesheet.
They played only one gig in Bournemouth in 1985 with Vicious Rumours, Brutal Attack, Die Hards and Belsen Horrors. The gig was actually broken up by the police who arrested every skinhead there, which was around 60 skins at the time. The band wrote the song Justice about this gig.
The band unfortunately broke up by the end of that year with no more gigs being played, not through lack of effort.
