Lionheart
Lionheart was one of the first R.A.C bands of the second half of 1980's. They started in Rochdale, England in 1988 and they wrote a demo tape called 'Stormtroopers'. Some of the demo songs take part in Debout Vol.4.
The first vocalist was called Naner after which Jaki took over the vocals duties and in 1989 they released they first full LP 'A New Beginning' . With Icky on guitar, Shane on drums and Rex playing bass.
Followed by two ''7, 'Better Dead Than Red' and 'Sign Of The Times', a second full LP 'Ride Of The Valkyries' and their third full LP 'Chasing Dreams' (all these released in 1990 but some material was recorded earlier).
Their last LP was recorded in 1995 with John Hickson on vocals and guitar who was from the begining until then, only on guitar before trying his voice on vocals.
Other people who played for the band and were members included Rex - bass, Shane - drums, Daz Matthew - guitar, Andy Lambert - bass, Neil Webb - drums. Hickson later joined Skrewdriver as bassist in their last few LP's and was one of the imprisoned Cottbus Six.
